Q: How much is Shipping & Handling?

A: Shipping & Handling is FREE!  Whether you choose to have the designs emailed for quickest delivery, or prefer to have them sent on CD, just let us know and we will be happy to oblige.

Q: How fast can I expect to receive my order?

A: We ship CDs usually within 48 hours of receipt of payment..  Emailed designs are usually sent within 12 hours of receipt of payment, depending on the time of day (or night) that payment is made.

Q: What is your return and refund policy?

A: We guarantee that the disks you purchase are free of defects and will function as advertised. As such, we will replace any defective disks within 3 days of return receipt of same. Customer is responsible for postage. Because the designs or disks can be easily copied we offer no refunds whatsoever for any reason.  If you have a problem with any design please contact us at once and we will do all we can to correct the problem.
